Melania Trump has found herself at the centre of a Social Media conspiracy theory.
During an interview with the president, the first lady can be seen in a trench coat and a pair of sunglasses nodding along to the what the president is saying.
Actress and comedian Andrea Wagner Barton caught the interview and posted to Facebook questioning if the First Lady had been replaced by a lookalike.
She wrote: “Is it me or during his speech today a decoy ‘stood in’ for Melania??”
The President is heard to say “my wife, Melania, who happens to be right here…”.
She added, “And….Why would the moron say ‘my wife, Melania, who happens to be right here…’ Seriously, watch very closely!”
Which seems like a pretty odd thing to say if you ask us…
The post has been shared more than 119,000 times sending conspiracy theorists into a frenzy.

However, Buzzfeed does point out that the whole conspiracy theory is not too dissimilar to the 2016 conspiracy theory claiming Hillary Clinton had a body double. After that theory went viral, an impersonator of the former first lady even clarified that she wasn’t involved.
The claim does seem to be false as a quick search on Twitter reveals Trump has a habit of clarifying that Melania is, indeed, his wife. It’s like he can’t believe it or something.
